The room was dirty. The sheets had not been cleaned. The pool (which was one main reason we booked here) was closed us to being shut down for health inspection reasons yet nothing in the website to indicate. The tv had no volume and after a week’s stay was still not repaired and the wifi would not connect to anything. It was awful!

The property was being remodeled. It was cleans. The gentleman at check-in was kind and courteous. We reserved a king size bed, but due to renovations and the paint smell, we were placed in a double queen. It would be nice to know about renovations prior allowing us to book the room. I have been staying at this property for 4 years but will never step foot in this place again. The new little girl they have has a piss poor attitude and is just plan nasty. Someone is gonna put her in her place one day and she better be glad it wasn’t me that did it. She stays on her phone with her ear pods in and is very inconvenient for her to do her job. BTW it’s the morning twit they have. She was yelling at guest and gave both me and my mother a very nasty attitude and I will never stay at this place again.

The building looked clean on the outside and lobby. Room doors was old or needing painting or updating. The TV in the room had exposed wires. Housekeeping made the bed but never changed the sheets. Just provided clean towels. The room was small. Even tho reservations was confirmed but when I called the hotel to advise a late arrival they insisted on another $140 payment which was never refunded. I will never book a reservation at this hotel again.
