Brown's Remains a Favorite
This was my second stay at Brown’s, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly—"no" is simply not in their vocabulary.
Unfortunately, I fractured my ankle on my first day in London. The concierge was incredibly helpful, recommending a treatment facility and even calling Princess Grace Hospital to ensure I could be seen promptly. Additionally, they thoughtfully assigned us a room near the elevator to minimize the number of steps I had to take.
Despite my injury, I still thoroughly enjoyed London—it may have just slowed my pace a bit!
I love staying at a small hotel where the staff knows your name and remembers your preferences. Brown’s remains my top choice in London!
