Nice big room, good location, and a nice outdoor terrace. Terrible service, poor management, and dated interior. Don't be tempted by the food and beverage credits -- I was effectively unable to use them, due to poor service. It is fine if all you are looking for is a bed, and is by no means the worst hotel I have stayed at. But the quality is not befitting of the price point. I might stay here again in a pinch, but only if all nearby competitors are booked. Be aware of the large homeless population outside. This will be an issue with any hotel in the area, but does put a damper on the prime location.
