All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk, bar and restaurant. Amazing being in such a new property too. Very well appointed and seeing our favourite amenity, a Nespresso machine, was the icing on the cake. Glen Canyon trail was a nice surprise too.

This Hotel in West Kelowna was just amazing. I liked the size of the room. Our room was very clean and modern! The bathroom was amazing and the people on the reception were so friendly and helpful 24/7. Thank you for the amazing service and all the recommendations!

OMG this is such a great place. Indoor/outdoor pool. Very good restaurant on site. Staff were awesome. We came in on our motorbikes and this was such a highlight. Gas nearby and easy to get back on the highway going south or west. Felt very spoiled.

We went to Kelowna for the first time. As we step at the guest service we met Ashton he is from NW territories and such a warm welcome and friendly manner. Doubletree by Hilton is absolutely recommended very affordable make sure book ahead of time to get the best deal. The pool is what my boys can’t let go they had so much fun. Facilities is super clean and fancy. When we checkout Paul gave us such a wonderful smile makes me feel I want to stay great and best customer service as the hotel just 2 weeks old. And I highly recommended for family and lovers super clean and very very affordable.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. We weren’t exactly thrilled about our foom being below ground level of the hotel , it seemed quite dark. The room was newly renovated and quite comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the nesspresso coffee. The only downside was the noise levels. None of the guests were really noisy but because of all the new flooring there was a large gap under the door to the adjoining room. It felt as though the people next door were almost in our room. We could also clearly hear the children in the room above us. Everyone was respectful of quiet times so we still had a great sleep. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was nice.. We had a drink and a snack in the hotel restaurant. The calamari wasn’t very good. It was not crispy and hot like we had hoped. It came out very quickly as though it was already made before we ordered it. The staff was cheerful and friendly.

The hotel is newly renovated and had been open for about two weeks. The room was very nice and the bathroom was fabulous with a beautiful walk in shower, lots of counterspace and even a nightlight. The large TV was easy to operate, unlike many we have come across. The bed was very comfortable, although I would have loved a second pillow. The location on the edge of West Kelowna made it easy to get on our way south in the morning. We had a good dinner at Turtle Jack's, which was very busy. On the downside, the AC unit was old and too noisy to run at night. I hope new, modern ones are on the way! The room was missing the promised fridge and microwave, which are definitely on the way. All in all, it's a beautiful property with good amenities including a great pool and outdoor seating with a firepit. we would definitely stay there again.
