Terrible - I really think this hotel should be closed while their many construction jobs are going on. There’s a constant sound of banging and digging. The gym is one treadmill and one elliptical in a hotel bedroom. Next to the pool is a building site for the new spa and gym. They were building a new conference room outside my bedroom. On my last day they were construction in the only restaurant. It was so loud I had to leave the lobby to make a telephone call as I couldn’t be heard. Also terrible customer relations. One good thing, a super comfortable bed. One photo shows the do not disturb sign. Even if was worthy of being thrown into the bin.
This was the hotel gym. I met a fellow guest there who is airline crew. He said it was the worst state of a hotel he’d ever stayed in for work.
The ‘gym’ had a water machine but they never once had water in it.

It would have been nice if Expedia website stated that there was a major refurbishment going on at the hotel! If there was I would not booked the two rooms for four nights. I had a really nice stay. The facilities were very clean, on site dining was delicious and staff was very friendly. I would consider coming back just based on the breakfast buffet alone. My room was beautiful and cozy-- it seems like I got one of the updated rooms. There was quite a bit of construction on the grounds and also on the floor I was staying but it did not bother me nor affect my stay too much. There was some noise and a minimal debris here and there, but again it wasn't enough to make me complain. I am a bit more understanding than the average consumer -- so that might be something that would bother someone else. The hotel is already nice so I imagine whatever they are doing will make the hotel better for future stays.

Ongoing renovation which the property should have noted in its information Conveniently located across from a major mall with supermarket. However, mold in bathroom, and the furniture and room finishes were beat up two outlets on either side of bed not functioning. We switched rooms upon checkin because room was directly across fro garden renovation with heavy equipment. New room was for a rating guest a welcome fruit plate - an embarrassment to Le Méridien. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A fantastic location across from Menara Mall and lots of restaurants. Only a 25 minute walk to the Medina. The staff were all brilliant. So helpful and polite. The hotel itself is lovely with spacious rooms and air conditioning is great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great and in a good location . The staff were excellent and very friendly especially Youseff on reception. The rooms however definitely need updating and no tea or coffee supplied with the kettle !!! The facilities are good especially the pool although it was freezing !!
