Everything was fantastic. Breakfast downstairs was a pleasure. food was delicious. Our waitress, very friendly and professional. My daughter and I had a great time in Toronto. Hotel is close to Scotiabank Arena for the concert we went to and plenty of other restaurants you can eat at !

The location is fantastic, right across from Union Station, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. We also had a great time at the bars and restaurants in the hotel, which I’d definitely recommend for drinks. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dated and not well maintained, and the bathroom felt more like a roadside motel than a luxury hotel, with noticeable grime and wear. For the price, I’d suggest staying elsewhere and then stopping by the Fairmont for a drink or a meal instead.

We are in love with the Royal York. We travel by train, so location is ideal. It's also walking distance to Rogers Center. The hotel is beautiful, and the service is excellent. We stay in the Fairmont Gold suites. The Gold Lounge is beyond wonderful. The rooms are amazing.

It’s amazing hotel . Quite enjoyable experience . Perfect location and convenient transportation. We tried two restaurants of hotel , very tasty foods . All staffs are very friendly and offer excellent service . We booked three different rooms , all rooms are big ,clean and comfortable . We like the lounge’s environment when we have foods and tea or coffee there . Highly recommend to my friends and definitely go back whenever we are in toronto
