Great hotel, friendly staff. Amazing location in the medieval city. We recommend using the hotel parking as they take your suitcases to the hotel. But the big problem that we stayed during a rock festival, (yes in the centre of a medieval city) with loud music playing until 1am on Friday night and 230am on Saturday night so we did not get much sleep.

Great hotel with amazing charm. Very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Everything about the hotel was great. However what was difficult was finding the way into the old city itself. Directions we had were not at all helpful. We ended up getting rescued by someone who was one of the valet parkers who came across us in a no parking area looking lost.
