This hotel was incredible! Staff were very friendly and greet you every time you walk in! They also speak great English, which was very helpful! I loved how they give you the option of whether or not you want your room cleaned daily or not, free of charge. Additionally, regardless of whether or not your room is cleaned, staff provide a bag with extra towels on your front door. Overall, this was a 5-star experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was amazing! Everything was perfect, the staff, the rooms, the shower, the location (really close to a bunch of stations and only one or two stops away from Tokyo Station) and, especially the private onsen (a really life saver after a full day of walking and shopping).
