The hotel was very well located near 13th street. It was also lined in either side with “art deco” style hotels which made for scenic walks in the vicinity. Conveniently close to beaches and a restaurant on service at all hours. One minor quibble is the fish room spaces and not always reliable elevator. But on the upside the staff went out of their way to accommodate a problem we experienced.

Overall, the property is great and it’s very close to the beach , the Check in staff was great and friendly. And the bedrooms are renovated very good . However, the bathroom has a sliding door which is glass when you are in the bathroom, your shadow can be seen by the person that is in the bedroom.

Amazing place!!! There is a parking garage right behind the property and only 20$ for 24 hours and 2$ an hour. Much cheaper than the valley parking(they probably just park the car there anyways.
