We come often to stay at this hotel. I love that we could drop off our luggage after flying in early. I love how friendly the staff is and that they provide breakfast. The pillows are too big for my liking this last trip. We're still going to use this hotel when we visit.

Phone kept ringing in the middle of the night. When I would answer it would just be static. Came to get some rest and wasn’t able to. There was food on the floor from previous people and hair on the shower walls so not clean. Very run down and in need of a remodel. The beds were comfortable, very soft.

Hotel could use some updating, this was our 3rd or 4th stay, and it seems like hotel is being neglected more and more every time we have stayed there, besides that we enjoyed our stay. For what we needed it for we can’t complain. Also it was convenient for our Disneyland trip within 10 mins away.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Place was disgusting, our room walls were dirty, the bathroom was not even properly cleaned right. I reserved it for Thursday night - Sunday morning . They cancelled it and charged me for it so when I arrived they charged me even more which I believed was so stupid but they don’t care. Never staying here again

Nice stay but shuttle service to park ends at 945a

Only thing I would say is a negative is the shuttle service. I was under the impression that shuttle service to/from Disneyland was every hour. It actually stops at 945am'ish to the park (last call). Pickup back to hotel starts at 8pm (depending if its a weekend or weekday). I ended up spending over $100 on Lyft rides to Park (Disneyland is about 2.5 miles away, not to far). As you know- roundtrips x 3 = $$$$. I really wished the shuttle service was around the clock.. Other than that, our stay was good! Customer service at front desk was excellent!
