Clive was awesome during the check in process and the cleaning ladies in the complex were friendly and helpful. The property is close to shopping , entertainment and restaurants. Also close to public transportation , taxi and very easy to order Bolt or Uber. Only cons : only one key for the apartment, the water pressure was low.

Very good overall. Well equipped, close to everything. One regret: they only give you one small tube of body soap and shampoo and then never refill it. So it is ok if you stay 2 nights, but how about 7 or 8 nights? I asked the reception and they explained it was a package (!), but that they would give some the day after. Which never happened. Although it is not so important, I found this stingy for a quality residence...

This is an exceptional place. Extremely well located just a few steps away from the Zone at Rosebank Mall. Apartments are great, spacious, clean. The best however the people in charge of the property, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me! Will definitely come back

Great for a one night stay

Great property within walking distance of Rosebank Mall. Smaller rooms though with no air conditioning but it was not hot during our stay. Nice kitchen. Had ironing facilities which we loved. But furniture starting to look a bit dated. Oh…and we were changed rooms, which was a bit of a bother.

Great apartment and location

Location is just a couple of minutes' walk from the restaurants and shops of Rosebank mall. You get a whole apartment for the cost of a hotel room. Clean, tidy. Friendly staff at the building reception. Netflix provided.

Great stay in city

The booking and reception is not the same people as the owner. They need more friendliness and helpfulness. However, once we booked in and made contact with the manager of the residence we have been assisted, attended to and enjoyed the clean environment on the doorstep of the Rosebank mall.
