The bed wasn’t exactly clean, and the bathroom had black mold on the walls, as well as the bathroom seat. It was a bit noisy, it being close to the train station and it having thin walls.

Ok hotel next to Odawara station
A very basic hotel near a train station. Lady at the front was actually surprised to see us check in ( maybe not the typical customers) We booked it because needed to return a car there and thought it would be convenient. In retrospect , probably better to have stayed in a different hotel with a shuttle to train station. For arriving late and leaving early - it served its purpose. The room was clean and it was a 2 min walk to the Odawara train station.

The property is really just a 5-minute walk from Odawara train station. Hotels in Japan are generally small, but this room was a bit larger than others we stayed in. For a one-night stay, it was very convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We recommend it.

The location and that they allows people to leave their luggage in the lobby for us to pick up later , the rooms are very small clean but very small and the bathroom was the smallest ever , I’m a 6 f 220 person and barely fit in the shower and toilet, the staff is very friendly and very polite, this place is more like a motel more ga hotel , is good for 1 person a small person, I do not recommend for big people like me ,,
