The staff were brilliant. The only lift was out of order. My room was large but very tired. Apart from reception the whole place needs a revamp. The spa was closed. The room was air conditioned which was vital as there was only one small opening window. I didn’t eat in the hotel but other customers seemed happy with the quality of the food.

Struggle to find the hotel because of Paul and sam posted did manage to find it. The lady receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful with a lovely quiet room so I had a good quiet night sleep sausages at breakfast could’ve been better and a bit more choice of Continental would’ve been nice.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights break away. Clean rooms, nice food and friendly staff. The gym, pool and sauna were not in use during our stay, but that didn’t matter to us, as wasn’t something we had time for. Receptionist was disinterested when I was told i did not have breakfast included which meant we paid almost £300 for 2 nights in a hotel which we couldn't use the pool the lift was out of order so people who couldn't walk very well struggled enormously. Our room was ok but the toilet was disgusting black mold everywhere the shower was difficult to use and they have a cheap plastic toilet seat that fell apart as soon as you sat on it absolutely terrible never will we book there again.

The look of the hotel as you pull up is not great it looks very run down. You have photos of the swimming pool still on show which is closed and you say the gym is still open but it wasnt because of staff shortages. Room 104 the bathroom door or rotten on the inside of bathroom. In the bar £6 for a pint of cider in an out of town hotel was expensive. Room was fine comfortable clean and warm

Nice hotel, room ok apart from pillows too soft for me personally. Room a little dated and heat unit very loud and dripping hot tap. Breakfast was nice but had to wait 10 mins for fried egg, not great on a buffet line. A hasten too add it was busy try avoid 9 am rush in a Sunday morning We had evening meal which was excellent had the chicken in cream sauce highly recommend

Room was advertised as having multiple beds, not pull down bunk beds that are not even level when down!! My 13yr old did not get a good sleep as she was constantly rolling to the side. The bed sheets were dirty and stained (see attached), although there were 3 of us, only 2 sets of towels were supplied? No iron in room so had to request one. Only told that spa and pool was permanently closed after we had booked the hotel, and felt that the price point paid was not worth it if this was closed.. very tired and runs down hotel..

The Bentley hotel is local to us about 2 miles away, on arrival we were warmly greeted and check in was very quick, as i said the hotel is close and this was just a night away from home. I choose a siute for a change and comfort and it certainly was we were spoilt in that siute everything was to hand and very comfortable. We choose to dine in the bar for a change the staff are so friendly the food delicious and well presented and they really couldn't be any more friendly and helpful.In the morning we had breakfast in the restaurant again the staff member was very helpful and explained everything to us, the breakfast was delicious and filling. The check out was very quick and pleasant, all the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful and on the whole a very enjoyable stay
