If this is the Quality Inn in Springfield, Mo. I would advise to stay away. I did not stay there. Extremely poor condition, dirty, no place you or your family would want to stay.

There were no wash clothes or soap in bathroom. Carpet is stained and worn so bad it looks dirty. They advertise a hot breakfast. All they had was coffee and apples. Property is old and worn and looks bad.

Faucets were substantially leaking and there was mold on the walls. Asked for a new room and the faucets were still leaking and the recliner was broken. Ended up leaving the property.

Biggest crap hole I've ever been in. Bedspread has cigarettes burns, drawers were missing from dressers. Chair so worn stuffing was coming out. Dirty carpet, dirty dishes in room. Mirror was so filthy you couldn't see yourself. No employees in uniform and no security.

Holes in the hallway, holes in both of the bed spreads. The room smelled. TV did not work plus if it did the remote had no battery cover and the batteries were taped in place. Went back down the the office and told them I wanted a refund. I was told a week before I would see it. It has been 2 1/2 weeks.

The front desk was amazing. Thought she was putting me in a better room but surprised us all. There was food in the mattress (cuz I always check the ENTIRE bed for bed bugs NO MATTER where I stay before bringing anything in) and there was beads and crumbs on the mattress so I slept on the floor. I DO HAVE PHOTOS. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling WITH NO BATTERY. So then about 1am I think a bird is in the room all the way until I woke up woke up about 5am and it was the smoke alarm with no battery that going off that sounded like a bird. Very very VERY awful experience.

This place is horrible. Filthy dirty, holes in walls. Some doors didn't have door knobs. Cigarette burn on bedspread. Beds looked like they were sat on or rolled on when we walked in. I was afraid to sit anything down much less myself. Everything smelled terrible. We left immediately. They would not refund my money.

None of the Tvs worked. Majority of the ac in the rooms dont work. Management is never there. Only half the building gets wifi. The pool has been shut down for god knows how long but looks like its in disrepair. They serve burnt breakfast. They dont clean the rooms. No toilet paper or towels provided. Save your money and spend a little more next doot

I was completely disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival it smelled the floors were sopping wet. They gave me a room on the first floor with a cracked window. The bed was stained. The carpet was dirty. It was disgusting. I refuse to stay. I actually checked out not 10 minutes after checking in.

The property was falsely advertised on the website. There was no amenities that was advertised. They put us in a room that already had someone in it, after we went back and talked to the front desk they put us in a another room. That room had not been cleaned there was old left over soap with hair on it, there was stains all over the bed that looked to be possibly blood. There was a smell in the room what could only be described as feces. Once we went back to the front desk again we asked for a refund and the attendant got belligerent and refused. We left the property. We have since found out that what we were told was the price was not the case and have been billed 2 different amounts, neither of which was what we were told.
