Unexpected Gem

Worse bed ever.
The staff was great. The bed was the worse bed I have ever tried to sleep in. In the picture it’s not wrinkled sheets, it’s actual lumps and bumps. I got up at 3 am and left.
Those are mattress lumps and bumps, hard as the floor.

Not clean
The blankets were dirty and we asked for clean ones. The ones they gave us were also dirty. The floor wasn’t clean. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, but because of the lack of cleanliness, we won’t stay here again.

Best Place to stay in Evergreen!
We have never been disappointed staying here. Always super clean, excellent warm staff, yummy free breakfast with tons of food. Tucked into a quiet place off the Interstate with easy access for trips into Denver. It’s very relaxing even if our trip itself is hectic.

Very nice hotel with indoor pool, sauna, and an indoor & outdoor hot tub. The outdoor hot tub was great and the hot breakfast was exceptional. We only wished this nice hotel was closer to Loveland Ski area where we skied 3 days in a row. Definitely go to Idaho Springs for dinner & shops. Evergreen doesn’t have sidewalks so not very walkable and all shops close early at 5pm. Idaho Springs has a great mountain town feel and is happening. Still highly recommend this hotel!

Easy access on and off highway. Grounds and interior were clean and safe. Very friendly staff. Hot and cold selections for breakfast.

Stay was not so good. Volleyball tournament group took over the hotel. Reserved for a quiet stay and had teens and kids running all over. Room above was stomping until 3am. Pool and hot tub were filled with kids. Hot tubs are very small. Breakfast was free and the food was not good.

Great hotel! We will be back.
We loved this hotel. Every single staff member was amazing. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was fresh, and the hotel is clean. We needed a little place to give our granddaughter her first birthday cupcake and the dining area was closed as it was 4:30 pm and the receptionist opened it up for us. Our daughter’s family just made a move to Evergreen, and we live in Texas, so we will be back.
