The way they treat their guests are amazing to go above and beyond I want to give a shout out to Ben and Ollie as well as all the rest of the staff I've been nothing but amazing wonderful people. Our go to hotel in NYC. Located in FiDi and very close to several subway stations to get you anywhere in Manhattan/Brooklyn. Walkable to many places (Battery Park, Oculs, China Town/Little Italy, Soho). The staff treat you like family and this is a dog friendly hotel. Small boutique hotel (but a Hyatt property) that has a great vibe and decor (not your boring rooms/lobby).

Great downtown getaway

We were in this area for a quick little family trip to visit the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the financial district. The location was perfect and the hotel had cool New York City vibes. We stayed in a king suite which was very spacious and comfortable for me and my two children. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there’s even a complementary Prosecco happy hour! Highly recommend!
