Bad Hotel Stay
The fire alarm was set off by an employee at 6:30 this morning causing us to be startled awake and leaving our room. It was insanely ridiculous that it even happened, as we were told the employee stood a mop handle on it and made it to go. It scared both me and my wife and made our morning extremely unpleasant. I will never stay at this hotel again and will be leaving a bad review for it. Again, I would like my money back from this unpleasant experience.

Nice place
It was clean and staff were great. My only complaint was the bed and pillows. Bed was way too hard and the pillows were way too soft. But that’s only me. Otherwise it was a great place.

When checking in, our room was wrong. When ai booked, I did a room with 2 queen beds, they gave a room with 1 king bed. The host was great and fixed the issue. The only other thing to complain about is that it's taking a while to release the hold charge on my account.

Recommended Stay !
We stayed over the holiday and even with a shorter staff we did not lack in service and were not made to feel like a burden at all. The hotel was still very clean and managed well. Breakfast was amazing. They were very accommodating and friendly.

Booked 3 rooms for 3 parties meeting at this location. One party arrived a day late and they wouldn’t allow them to check into the reservation. They only offered for them to book a new room at full price.

There was a staff member here on Wednesday and Thursday morning that worked at the front desk in the morning shift. I believe her name is Tamika, she was absolutely amazing. She knew who was staying in the hotel and what room you were in. She was so upbeat and welcoming.

Thanks for ruining my son 15th birthday
Hotel upon checking has an policy that if you stay in town you can't rent a room,after paying for the room thru hotels.com I found this out upon check in,the lady who checked me in was nice and very helpful

Check in took about an hour, the very nice lady was trying her best it wasn't her fault, the system was acting up. The bathtub did not drain at all, so everyone did not shower. Breakfast was good. We have stayed here several times and I don't think we will be back.

Highly dissatisfied with this La Quinta. I have been a loyal customer, staying with La Quinta in many other cities for several years. This is by far the worst one I’ve ever experienced. My boyfriend was coming to visit family in town and I helped pay for his stay and this La Quinta refused us service just because I was the one paying even tho I was not the one staying. Why should it matter if I provide a room for anyone? Especially family and friends. They did not accommodate or work with us at all and we were left with no choice but to cancel and book somewhere else. Absolutely disappointed with this location. I will be warning everyone else to stay elsewhere in town when visiting.

Overnight stay.
The stay was great, but the check innwas terrible. There were 4 people ahead of me in line and i stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting to get to the desk to check in. Even after the per check in, it still took me almost 10 linutes to check in.
