Perfect location
Great stay checked in early and out late. Maria at check in was amazing only thing was my wife was asked to move from her sunbed to accommodate another two guests because she wanted her umbrella to remain up and they wanted it down. Surprised she was asked to move to be honest which of course she did not. Other than this all other staff we encountered were delightful.

Had a great stay with my 13 year old son. The hotel is in a great location and filled with many amenities for both adults and children. We spent a lot of time traversing the beach and pool while also using the bikes they have available to rent on premise. Highly recommend the ocean view balcony room as decided on that upgrade and very much worth it. Will return.

Horrible Experience
I arrived in a taxi from the airport. The valet guys and bellman were chatting away oblivious to me getting out of my cab and several bags. I actually went and grabbed a luggage cart for my luggage and rolled it inside myself. When I got in a bellman inside yelled at me and tried to take the cart. We also had a very expensive watch disappear from our room. Absolutely 100% this happened in our room 1644. I can’t say who took it, but it happened in our room. I have stayed at this hotel for about 20 years and over the past 5 years or so it has greatly gone downhill. The breakfast buffet used to be a highlight and now it truly is just awful and crazy expensive. I will find a new hotel to stay for our many trips to Miami Beach.

Went to meet relatives in Miami attending a business meeting, enjoyed stay right off beach. Nice to walk along boardwalk, & walk to Art Deco district. Enjoyed having cuban sandwiches, empanadas, & croquettes. Liked Raos Italian restaurant at Loews hotel, plus their Preston restaurant for Breakfast & Lunch in Bar Collins. All the staff from front desk, room service, concierge, bell hop, hostess, waiters, etc were terrific!

Overrated at best
It was fairly good. Charged $44 a day for resort fees basically beach and boat/ kayak services that we had no interest in using. No fridge in the room so I ended up having to throw away approximately $200 worth of insulin because it got hot. Charged me $300 deposit but only refunded $100 and you I left the room as clean as I found it and I don’t smoke so I’m not sure how they justified keeping my $200.

I typically really like this hotel. Prime location, better prices than the rest of the beach hotels. However I came for new years and received a connecting room with no insulation. You could hear word for word next door. In the middle of the night I called on two occasions to alert the front desk and ask them to tell the room next door to keep it down. No answer, waited on hold with music. Particularly alarming if I was having an actual emergency. Nonetheless we got no sleep. No one should be in a connecting room unless they’re family. Housekeeping made bed and removed old towels. No replenishing new towels, no replenishment of anything else . Came to service the room at 3pm (we left the room between 9-10am each day) and clearly overwhelmed with the incoming holiday occupancy. Given this was a holiday, rooms were double what we’ve paid in the past, however the service was not prepared.

Outstanding and friendly resort
This hotel was beautiful and all the staff were very friendly. The beach was great with chairs and lots of outstanding staff. They give you chair covers but will cost you $25 for an umbrella. The beds are small (only double) but very comfortable. The resort was very clean. We wish we had more time to spend at the resort.
