Tired looking 3 star hotel at best!
Disappointing from the start. Our room was not available even though we checked in on time. The room we were given instead was absolutely roasting hot and dirty. The toilet still had paper down it! The second room was better but tv remote didn’t work. Breakfast was very basic. This was the most expensive hotel of our trip - and by far the worst. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room we booked had fantastic views of the lake and mountains. Reception area was quite smart and impressive. The soft furnishings within the room had a fusty smell which was a let down. On day of departure we were repeatedly unable to enter our room after breakfast (before 0900) although we had made reception aware. Ben in the restaurant was very competent, helpful and friendly.
