Unfortunately, my husband had to have unexpected surgery the day we were supposed to stay. When I booked, I paid for whatever type of trip insurance they offered. Weeks before our intended stay I tried to cancel and was told hotel would not honor the cancelation insurance. Needless to say, we were ripped off!

Our experience was less than favorable. Room was dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Pool, bar and restaurant are all closed. There are people living there and have bikes chained up in the hallways. They were cooking in the parking lot on a gas grill less than a foot from the building. It was a girls trip with my 11 and 12 year old daughters and anytime we left our room we were followed by the male staff down the hallways.

We stayed there two nights. The first night, our TV didn't work, the tub barely drained, the sink was cracked, and there were several stains on the bed cover. They moved us to another room the 2nd night which was better, but still not great.
