I know other hotels of your network and theyve been cleaner, but this was was good enough.
The washing machine wasnt working, that was bad, despite we contacted the crew apparently they couldnt do much.
The other thing was the crew size working at the restaurant for the breakfast. While it's interesting to know the peak times, doesn't sounds correct sizing the team to the average-lower demand. If you want to have your customers well served, has to be a better management of the kitchen using strategies to aleviate the load during the busiest times or put more people during thise busy hours.
The team as a whole was very kind and careful, which is great.
