This was an ok hotel, above average but for the price and location in NOLA you can’t beat it. The staff was friendly for the most part, the room was clean except for the floor in a couple areas. But overall a decent place for the cost.

Excellent service from staff members, bed was comfy and rooms were a good size with great location. Breakfast was simple but enough to start your day off correctly. However our window curtain had stains all over it, our towels in the bathroom had holes in them and there was a lot of damages to the cupboards and doors. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the wifi didn’t connect and work.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is walking distance to so many different things in New Orleans. I paid for valet parking which was very worth the money in my opinion. The hotel and room was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

There were stains on the bedspread. The carpet had holes in it. None friendly staff although the concierge was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff pretty much stood around talking to each other.
