Awful property. Terrible front desk staff. I had no hot water for almost 2 weeks. Talked to the front desk and they passed me into corporate. Called corporate 3 different times with no response back. Manager & district manager did not call me back (suppose to in 48 hours). Had to pay to get clean sheets. Kitchen was completely empty. Laundry was broken. Washer took $12 to wash 1 load. Dryer never dried the clothes after 2 cycles.

With this price, it's a really good deal. The safe and quiet environment with the beautiful mountain view. The hotel room that I stayed in the queen single has a decent kitchen and full bathroom with AC. The hotel staff is kind and friendly. For the internet, I strongly suggest you will enhance the internet, otherwise, it's slow.

My room was clean and very quiet. I felt safe. I am grateful they take dogs, but the third floor hall smelled very bad as there was a mat outside someones door the dog peed on I assume. Troy, the evening host was great, he was friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and in desperate need of repair. The brackets that hold the shower curtain rod were broken on both ends, making it tedious to shower while worrying that the rod was going to fall on us. The window in the room was cracked all the way down. The safety latch for the door bar looked as if it had been kicked in. All 4 screws that held the lock plate in place were floating and one fell out when I tried to latch the door. Since I was there alone with my daughter and grandson, and after seeing some interesting people coming and going, I decided to roll the refrigerator in front of the door for security reasons. I should have asked to be moved to a different room for that reason alone, but it was late, there was supposedly only one other room vacant and honestly, I didn't expect the other room to be much better, considering what I'd seen so far. This was an extended stay hotel, that I'd found last minute due to having an emergency and needed to be in a particular area, so my options were limited. I don't mind an older facility and realize you can't necessarily control the guests activities, noise, band practice etc.., but the safety, security and cleanliness should kind of be a given. We stayed just one night and checked out.

My daughter experienced multiple bug bites in her bed. It seems like there were bed bugs in the room. We had to come home and wash our our clothes and bag them up. They must have not washed the bedding properly or spray for bed bugs.
