We spent two nights at Hotel Kakola over the Mid-Summer break with the family. The hotel was unique and the atmosphere was welcoming, and the rooms were modern, clean, and well-designed. Our stay included breakfast and the hotel offers plenty of variety of options . The staff was friendly and helpful. We also had the chance to relax and enjoy the SPA with additional charge. Overall we have enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kakola and I recommend it to anyone looking for a special experience in Turku.

Suosittelen lämpimästi Kakola hotellia. Ympäristössä riittää nähtävää (Turun linnakaan ei ole kaukana) ja hotellin historia on mielenkiintoinen ja näkyy hienosti sisustuksessa. Otimme sellihuoneen, mikä oli aika ainutlaatuinen kokemus. Sängyissä oli hyvät patjat, vaikka olikin kerrossänky. Kylpylä oli mukava ja erityisesti suosittelisin ravintola Rubenia. Söimme alkupalat, pääruoan ja jälkiruoan ja kaikki oli herkullista. Kaikki annokset oli tehty kivalla omalla tvistillä. Myös palvelu oli sekä ravintolassa että hotellissa erittäin ystävällistä.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Erityispyyntöihimme vastattiin hyvin ja huoneen parisänky oli mukava. Heikkoutena mainitsisin mauttoman ja suolattoman munakkaan aamiaisella, jonka lisäksi huoneessa oli melua putkissa ja ilmalämpöpumpussa. Hotellin kylpylä oli pieni ja viihtyisä, jossa palvelu oli hyvää. Ainoa heikkous oli suihkujen vähäinen määrä, jolloin suihkuun piti jonottaa.

Hieno hotelli, kiva sisustus ja todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneen ilmalämpöpumppu hieman reistaili, joten saimme toisen huoneen. Hotellissa oli rauhallista ja leppoisaa. Lähellä oleva Kakola Spa oli myös ihana lisä lomaamme.
