Upon arrival we could not enter the hotel because the door was locked with no one at the front desk. After finally getting in to our room, there was a gaping hole in the ceiling. I called the front desk and they told me they were already aware of it but still booked that room for us. We also found multiple bugs in the bed, bathroom, and counter-space.

When we got to the room, we noticed we were missing soap, shampoo, and towels. The lock on the front door was not working, and the microwave would continuously beep throughout the night. It did the job for a short stay, but the quality of the room was subpar.

There were several fights in the hallways between people and in the lobby with the staff. We were there a total of 4 days. Our bathroom, it smelt horrible of cigarette smoke, we were out of shampoo and had limited towels for the amount of people that were registered for that room. My kids were very skeptical on staying alone in the hotel due to all the fights.
