Everything was great! Very nice spacious clean rooms for very reasonable price! And perfect location right outside subway entrance and across mall. Only thing was the elevators are pretty slow. But other than that we loved and would definitely stay here again.

Loved the convenience for COEX mall, aquarium and temple. No room service and no takeaway service for food in bar was a pain, forcing us to go outside for takeout if we didn’t want seated dining. Breakfast buffet was very nice but ended too early.

Overall experience was ok but the air quality was really poor especially due to the outside construction and the hallways were very humid with not enough ac. Hotel needs to card for their air quality with air purifiers installed to better customer experience. Location was great.

The stay at Shilla was a great experience. The location is very convenient with the COEX Starfield mall just opposite the hotel and the subway station right at doorstep. The room was clean and cosy. The receptionists are friendly and helpful during my stay. Will return next time! - Arthur King

The reception is αt 21st floor. So it's not useful for me to bring my luggage up first and go down to the room. Also, I didn't want the person before checking in/going up to 21st floor, who was getting into the elevator with me, to know which floor my room was on.

Clean - staff was helpful when needed but we did have to go back and forth about there being a blow dryer in the room when there wasn’t and staff insisting that there was.

The hotel is on the nice place in Coex Seoul. W o was on 17 floor and no problem with noise from construction on the street. Breakfast is good with varieties of food. Staff in the hotel as all Koreans are very kind. Coex is nice area and subway is just 1 min walk from the hotel. There’s no problem walking around at any time. We had cca 110000 walking steps for 6 days stay.

I've been to the area a few times before. My only complain is the construction noise. I know they build a high speed train track there. Hotel staff was nice and booked me a room on the upper floor, but still the noise wasn't pleasant especially on a weekend. The noise didn't justify the hotel price. I would only book again when outside construction is finished.

Due to the constructions, it has cause inconveniences, especially the noise that is disturbing! It seem like it doesn't stop and they start very early in the morning!
