I would have liked to have seen clearer information about the spa and fitness centre closing times. Unfortunately by the time I checked in everything was closed. Beautiful city at less than 100km drive from Zurich airport! Clean, modern! Food and service in the bar was excellent!! Now for the negatives… No doorman greeting and assistance with luggage from the car at the entrance! Spa and fitness closes at 18:30 on Saturdays and Sundays!!! Spa and fitness located at 5 min walk through a long basement tunnel and required two elevators to reach with minimal signage!! Hotel restaurant is in another building across the street and requires coat in winter to reach! None of the negatives were highlighted at check in….
