The option of being able to leave your bags with the hotel before and after check was great. The hotel staff were so helpful. From booking in when they found out it was our anniversary, they left a lovely card and treat in our room, through to booking out, always so friendly and helpful. We needed decaf hot drinks, and in no time they had then brought up to the room. The room was lovely looking out towards the Minster, and the meals great. Many thanks to you all and looking forward to our next visit.
