Don not let the price fool you.

I had a one night stay here and I would stay there again. The bed was big and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly. The shower was large and had all I needed. The lighting in the room was great. It had everything I needed for my business stay. Nothing fancy but everything you need to sleep, shower and be comfortable. And just minutes from the airport.

This hotel had a great price. The lobby and bar were great! The staff were great. The room has one problem the door would not lock when I left to go to the bar. I had to leave the door unlocked when I headed out for breakfast. It didnโ€™t make me feel safe to leave my belongings in an unlocked room.

Good for a night by the airport

This is a great choice to stay close to the airport. Just know if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you because you can hear the heavy traffic from the high. Other than that I stayed here multiple times, itโ€™s affordable, close to the airport, shuttle to the airport included.

Overall we like this hotel and have stayed here several times. Close to the airport and a great price. Our floors were dirty in our room this stay. We didn't have enough towels and only 2 really firm pillows. But overall it's a good hotel. The food in the restaurant os good as well.

The check in was cordial. The roo floor was dirty the shower wall was filthy and the shower hot and cold water handles we're falling off. The temperature of water changed on its own. Cracks of tiles in shower!. The air conditioner did not work. Needless to say by that time I was pretty upset. The night shift reception manager did moved us to a different room. That room was like a hostel or motel on a abandon road !!!!

The reception and restaurant staff was polite and welcoming. At check-in, you'll receive your room key and the remotes to the TV and AC unit. Something I found unique was the fact that you have to insert your room key into a slot by the door in order for the room to have power. If the room key is removed from the slot, power ceases; A/C, TV or anything else you might have put to charge will shut off. There were no hand towels or wash cloths provided; only 2 bath towels. Overall, the room was clean and it didn't emit any unfavorable odors. The on-site restaurant has many options to choose from; sandwiches, snacks, steaks, pizzas, apps and a wide variety of beverages including spirits and wines. I didn't drive, but as far as I could tell, there was ample parking for vehicles. I took advantage of the free shuttle transportation to the Guadalajara airport; comfortable ride, there was AC in the large van, however, the driver wasn't the friendliest. I will attribute that to the fact that it was 5am when I met him. Overall, good experience for the price.
