The staff here are so great and the breakfast excellent. If you are coming from N America the small size, bare necessities and older look may take you back. It is a mid-grade hotel with amazing service. Rooms were clean, quiet and efficient. The location was AMAZING. I would absolutely stay again on a solo trip.

The location was unbeatable for the price. Conveniently close to everything a first time visitor to Japan would want to see! Shibuya station was easily accessible right outside the hotel doors (Exit B2). Hotel room was clean and minimal without all the fluff, just how we like it. The rooms are small but that was to be expected. The staff were friendly, helpful and not intrusive. Family of 4 reserved 2 rooms and was placed next to each other without even being asked! Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!
