Great location away from the mayhem of Bourbon st but close enough to the action to enjoy. Very safe neighbourhood and easy access to the main sites of New Orleans. Only a short walk to the river as well for a cheeky teip to Cafe du Monde

Great location, beautiful views of the water, and conveniently close to the RTA travel stop. Nights were quiet with no loud neighbors or outdoor noise. In the morning there is a boat horn goes off pretty early but it didn’t ruin my stay.

Clean hotel. In a former sugar mill, so the rooms are industrial (metal beams, wood planks). Spacious bathroom, very clean. No parking space, you need to pay 66 dollars for overnight at the adjacent Park. The breakfast was... poor. Even a Holiday express has a better breakfast.

Wonderful staff, very clean, good location. The trains and ships run close to the hotel so you will hear them blow their horns, but it didn’t bother us.
