Great Resort

The resort is excellent. The rooms are a little dated, but the service and premises were excellent. My family and I really enjoyed are time there.

Clean, Comfy, and Elegant

Very clean, nice and spacious rooms. The kitchen has a large countertop and a big fridge with a water filter. The beds and pillows were super comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay. I just wished we had a couple larger frying pans. Overall great place and would definitely stay again. Staff was amazing!

I really loved this historic hotel with a modern remodel. The staff was great. The rooms were huge and very clean. We will return every time we are in town.

The hotel and staff were great! The sizing and space of the suite was wonderful. We had a party of 7 and it was enough space for everyone. There was a lot of things to do around the hotel that wasn’t too far and the staff was wonderful even helping with a late check-in.

This is a great place. Not just your cookie-cutter hotel. We had the original safe from the bank as one of our walls…too cool!

8/10 Very good

Beds were great, rooms were spacious, but could’ve use more hooks in bathroom for towels or towel bars. Wished restaurant was open daily especially for breakfast. Coffee shop was fine however. Location was great and employees were very, very friendly.

Perfect

This place is completely renovated. It has everything you need for your stay. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and plenty room. Located in downtown Sevierville, but very convenient to drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The location is easy to get out of. There is a restaurant attached and many other places to get food right nearby. Also giving five stars to Kathy who works there!

Spot on in Sevierville!

This historic hotel was spot on! We really liked the throw back feel that first greets you upon pulling up to the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and boast a complete kitchen! The location was very close to everything you may need or want to do. I wish we could’ve tried the restaurant but there wasn’t enough time for us. Also, the hotel has a super cute coffee shop that we missed out on as well. The staff was friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend this hotel for absolutely any type of traveler.

We stayed 7 nights the week of Christmas. Super affordable during the holidays! When we arrived for our stay check-in was so easy and stress free . The staff member was very welcoming. She was very busy but still managed to greet me with a smile and positive attitude. That’s rare these days . Our room was well stocked with linens. And everything we would need to cook (pots ,pans, bowls, plates, silverware) definitely recommend staying here . I know I will be booking here again when we take our next trip to the area.

We thought it was a really nice hotel. The master bedroom tv did not have a hdmi cord to watch the satellite. We just watched it in the living room. But I have no complaints, I really liked staying there and I will definitely come back and stay again and again.

This place is a keeper. Close to everything. Beautiful inside and out. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Close secure parking. Already planning a future trip to the Smokies and not looking anywhere else. Washer and dryer in the room. Ours was a 2 queen bed in one private room and a king in another private room. Bedrooms have full closets. 2 full bathroom with large low entry showers. Full kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, full refrigerator, granite countertops, cooking utensils and place setting for 6. I fear my review will make this place hard to book for me in the future. It’s that nice.

We really enjoyed this property with the exception of 1 thing. The showers. Not all the units are the same. We ended up in one that had a shower head that was placed directly in the middle of the shower in both bathrooms. Unfortunately that is not convenient. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, had utinsels in the kitchen, beds were fairly comfortable and it was a large condo style “room”. There is a restaurant on site as well as a coffee shop.

Decent Stay

Pros: The room was very clean, spacious, and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you. The beds were comfortable, too. Location was good as it is closed to many restaurants and attractions. Cons: Heavy rain leaked through one of the windows, which made our luggage wet overnight. Good thing there is a dryer at the condo. The AC is noisy in the living room. One of the toilets didn’t flush when we first arrived, and we didn’t even put any toilet paper in it, just urine. We unclogged it ourselves as it would be faster than calling service desk. They had the plunger in the bathroom.

Just book it!

Totally blew my mind when I walked through the door. There are no pics that do the property justice. The suite was huge, clean and comfortable. Safe location and close to everything. Only downside was the beautiful tower clock that starts ringing at 6 am and they are building a juvenile detention center next to the hotel which kills the vibe of a wholesome town. Also it says pay at hotel but the hotel charges 1 night 48 hours in advance. Late check in is nice but card is fully charged before your stay so be prepared. Also no front desk after 7. A 10/10 stay and would recommend overall.

6/10 Good

Quiet. updated interior and exterior. Plenty of room and nice apartment like feel. However, the floor was dirty. My son ran around barefoot and his feet were black after a short time. This doesn't happen in our own home. Secondly, took a shower and someone's hair was still on the walls. Definetely not as clean as it should be considering the nice updates in the building. 7/10.
Andrew, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

If I booked with them again, I wouldn't book through Expedia. There was ANOTHER fee added on to each room that Expedia doesn't include in the pricing so make sure you add about another $203 to your booking. I was aware about the $30/day fee for using the parking lot, coffee pot, paper towels, etc. The staff was really nice. The hotel appeared really clean, but one of my friends found a wad of hair piled up in the sheets so you know the sheets weren't changed from the last guest. The hotel changed the sheets and compensated us the $30/night fee. I also didn't like how they want us to take the trash out at the end of our stay. The hotel is set up for a longer stay so I can understand that guest may leave a larger amount of trash than at short term stay hotels, but I feel like that's not being hospitable. They should change their policy to place all trash in the trash bags and leave them by the door, instead of having their guests take the trash out. They should mention that at check-in or at least tell us to read all instructions on the refrigerator. If I didn't see 3 families take out their trash, I probably would have been charge for not taking it out. The ice cream shop at the property was nice, so of us had mix feelings about the coffee shop, and there's a really good restaurant called the Appalachian that is walking distance from the hotel.
