Victoria, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

I liked that the hotel is close to many stores and is basically walkable. Staff was very helpful and informative. Bathroom was okay, could definitely use some improvement. Bedsheets were not clean, had some hairs on them. The hotel lobby was nice!

10/10 Excellent

Staff are invaluable and the place is spotless. We enjoyed our stay since it’s located downtown and I’m happy that I got the chance to visit the cathedral.
Eighleen, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I like the service staff are very nice.
Blanca, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

No towels on the room, no fan, too hot, window was opened and mosquitos were inside. Beds are way too small even for a single person.
Armando, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Excelente place, the location and the hotel is wondefull
Alejandro, 5-night trip

6/10 Okay

Old lady from 1937 in need of TLC. Rooms are bare no iron no mini fridge not enough power outlets and dated furnitures . The mattress is firm like a stone. The windows are single pane no isolation and we can also hear the other rooms. The building is great and the view on the place is unique. The front desk person are not exactly friendly and not very helpful . For what we get it’s overpriced . It could be an amazing place with some basic investments and training
mehdi, 5-night trip

6/10 Okay

Best convenience but it can be a little loud since you are in the middle of the action. No air conditioning in rooms.
CARLOS, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The location of this hotel is what I like most
Raymond, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

There was noise every night we were there, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel is locate on the city square and there are hundreds of people there until very late as well as bands playing.
kati, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The bed sheets were dirty, when i asked for new ones the lady had a really bad attitude. The bathroom door handle was getting stuck and ee couldn't open it from the inside so we called maintenance and the fixed but the next day the handle fell off we called maintenance again and they never showed up. The balcony was full of hanging wires which made me think iy was not safe. They had fans to offer and i requested one but i never got it. Ill not stay here again.
Laura, 3-night trip

Just cannot say enough how beautiful is this hotel and the staff is superb! Location is excellent in the heart of Mexico City, arts-culture-shopping-transportation, all near by. Surrounded by great restaurants also to mention its own restaurant on top with view to El Zocalo, great food, a real treat!! Stayed 5 nights, wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this beautiful Hotel.
