Great hotel and location!
Wonderful, clean, comfortable hotel close to the Frankfurt airport. The free airport shuttle made it convenient to go to the airport to catch the train to the city centre any time we wanted, and of course so easy on the day of our departing flight. Buffet breakfast and restaurant were excellent. I’d highly recommend staying here! We loved the location.

Just a simple stay
Nice and close to the airport, shuttle service was great. The room was very clean and simple nice. My key card didn't work on the first two trys, but the front office did well on the matter. The room never really warm up, even set on the high level. But i was only there for one night and after the key card, i didn't want to complain. The restaurant was simple nice. There is no view of anything......nothing.

Very convenient
Landed at 10 pm. Went to arrivals number six and there was a blue van waiting for us. I believe the last van is 11 pm worse comes to worse, you can always catch a taxi as the hotel is so close to the airport. Very convenient highly recommended breakfast was amazing! the staff at the front desk were friendly.

I have stayed there a few times. If I need something it is nearby. Like cold medicine this trip. If I need to go somewhere I take the shuttle to the airport and then from there to city center on train. Or to most anywhere like Brussels and such if I wish to use train. But I do not understand why no bacon or sausages for breakfast.

Peaceful
I landed in the morning after traveling for over 12 hours. They were kind enough to let me check-in early for a small fee. I only stayed a night and my room was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Customer service was exceptional over the phone and in person. I love they had a free shuttle from the airport. It was easy to get a uber back and forth from places I went to nearby. Overall my one night stay was amazing, no issues. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Overall was ok,excepted the tower was too old the white color turned to yellow was unpleasant to use. There is only hotel restaurant in that area nothing more to choose and the menu choices was too small either,furthermore even not many guest still too slow for the service, had to waited very long time until they served
