Otel eski bir otel. Standard odamiz bayağı ufaktı. Klima çalışmadı. Çok şükür hava güzeldi pencere açık yattık. Çarşaflar temizdi yatak rahattı. Hoşuma giden şey duş jeli şampuan ve vücut kremi Bigelow markasıydı. Resepsiyon’da karşılama iyiydi. It was an old hotel and our standard too Was very small. The A/C was out of order but luckily the weather was nice we slept with the window open. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The one thing I really liked was the Bigelow shampoo body wash and body cream. I was greeted nicely at the reception desk.

Terrible service at this hotel- no house cleaning
Very dissapointing stay at this hotel. I specifically asked if they do house cleaning everyday and they said yes. I stayed for 2,nights. The second day at noon, the cleaner knocked on my door. I told her to come back later. Well, she never did. I was tempted to tell the front desk to remind her to clean my room as I left the hotel for the day, but did not. I came back to a filthy room, rubbish needed to be taken out. Bed should have been made. I had assumed the house keeping staff just come back to the room later to clean it. But I guess they don’t keep track here. Very small rooms. Not good value for the price. Sadly not a good stay. Avoid if possible

Personnel désagréable, en arrivant première impression personnel non accueillant: devant moi en arrivant, un couple espagnol voulait changer le type de sa chambre pour une chambre avec balcon. Les 2 réceptionnistes discutent entre elles en français: il veut changer la chambre, la 2ème lui dit ouii mais c’est une longue procédure, non tu peux lui dire queles chambres avec balcon ne sont plus disponibles, l’autre répond au couple espagnol en anglais pour dire que la chambre n’est pas disponible. J’arrive après et je leur demande de changer pour la chambre avec balcon: elles ne peuvent pas dire non car elles ont vu que j’ai écouté la convo, bref elle me disent la chambre est à 160€ et qu’il faut que je paye une différence de 78€, je répond oui mais j’ai déjà payé 115€, et donc faut payer la différence entre 115 et 160, la réceptionniste répond avec un ton de moquerie oui mais tu as réservé sur Expedia et nous on touche pas la somme totale, il y a la commission! Bref le pire service client. Et je préfère ne pas parler du parking j’ai vu qu’ilya pleins de commentaires négatifs mais à savoir que c’est 20€ la nuit et non pas 15€.

Dans la chambre il n’y a pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire avec quelques sachets de café et de thé, juste une table vide même pas un bouteille d’eau de la part de l’hôtel, pas de repassage dans la chambre, pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel c’est que service dans la chambre si vous commandez quelques choses pour manger dans la chambre vous devez payer 7€ pour le service dans la chambre, piscine trop petite derrière de la bâtiment où il n’y même pas le soleil. Au tour de l’hôtel il n’y a pas de restaurant ou magasin il faut 20 min marcher au pour trouver les magasins ou des restaurants. Donc 4 étoiles je donnerai vraiment pas même pas deux étoiles, vraiment déçue. Le bâtiment les chambres sont propres, service gentil mais cet hôtel est juste pour dormir.

Séjour pour une nuit d'affaires ce n'est pas a la hauteur d'un 4 etoiles malgré un personel dévoué. Le rom service est pratique mais on a oublié le pain le dessert la boisson le personnel et venu a trois reprises . Et au moment du départ une voiture garé devant ma sortie du garage . Cest dommage mais faut pas rever non plus pour le prix il faut pas être supris que les prestations ne soit pas celle dun 4 etoiles . Cldt .
