Friendly staff. The pool was refreshing and the splash pad was great for kids. There was no body wash in the dispenser in the bathroom, and there was some water damage at the bottom of some of the furniture. Overall it was a nice stay.

Nice hotel for a stay in Plymouth. Walking distance to the water, shops, Main Street and more. Only issue was the rooms that have a balcony facing the indoor pool area open can be noisy and have chlorine smell of you open the balcony.

We stayed at this hotel for part of our honeymoon and overall had a wonderful time. We were first given a room on the ground floor and upon entering saw that the fridge had malfunctioned and there was water all over the floor and a bad smell. When we talked to the employee at the front desk they were extremely helpful and understanding and made sure the room that they transferred our reservation to was clean. The location is excellent

The hotel itself is very Pritty. The bathroom shower could be a little bit more updated to match the overall look. The pool with the hot tub was relaxing! The bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! The view of the water was partial which was good:) also, the hotel is in down town Plymouth so everything is walkable! Which is an added plus to all the resteraunts and shops! The hotel is dog friendly which adds to the friendliness of the entire experience!

This is more of a motel then a hotel, the location is good but the amenities are old and not very good.the rooms look good on the website but are far from it,the carpet was humid and felt damp all the time, so did the furnishings.we stayed 5 nights and for two of them we had no hot water.they charge guests a resort fee of $30 per day witch is ridiculous for this type of place.Don't be fooled this is not a comfortable place to stay.

Clean room with a great view of the harbor and many restaurants an easy walk away. The pool and especially the splash bar area was very fun for the kids and there is an arcade right down the street and great candy store. Would stay here again!
