I am 69 years old with bad knees and hips. I was very disappointed when i was given a 2nd floor room and then found out there is NO ELEVATOR! I was traveling alone and had heavy luggage that i basically dragged up and down the stairs. You get what you pay for i guess. There may or may not have been bed bugs. I did not see any but i have itchy bites on both arms and my feet. I do not recommend this hotel

No soap in bathroom, had to ask for a bar, no i'm sorry about that or is there anything else you need.Spent the night before at a super 8 by wyndham up in Conrad Mt. and it was really good.The desk was broken. Breakfast area so small and crowded we decided to skip it all together.
