Check-in time was 3:00. We arrived at 3:25 and the gal at the desk asked if we would take a room with 2 queens rather than the room with a king bed that we had booked. She stated that the rooms with the king beds hadn't been cleaned yet. We argeed only because our toddler was getting restless and we needed to get to a room. The gal at the desk gave us the room key and told us the wifi password was on the sleeve. Didn't give us general directions of where the room was. The a/c unit in our room was dirty. Dried food or liquid was splattered on it. Bed was comfortable but would have been better if there were more pillows (each bed had 2 small pillows). We were not given any info regarding breakfast. We went to the breakfast area at 7:25 the next morning and absolutely nothing was set out. As we were walking away, the man at the desk quickly set our some mini muffins. We went back to our room and packed up our stuff

The manager is extremely rude.. The parking lot is unsafe… after staying at the hotel and my items being stolen, I was told I could park in the front under the lights in the morning. I was rudely woken up early telling me that I have to move my car., try to explain my situation to him, but he just kept talking over me so I just left and never came back. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody besides the pool would be nice but it’s never open.
