The property is good, the rooms are comfortable. But it is an old renovated property with poor finishes and the breakfast was not good, as in the batter was sour for the waffles and the food was greasy. But the price is great and the location was near the Witte museum which was the reason.

Clean and friendly service, only bad thing I would say is the room is large but it's dark. Only light coming from the bedside lamps. It has a couch but no floor lamp so you can at least see clearly.

Don’t expect much

The hotel was ok for value but the breakfast was barely edible. Beds were very noisy and room didn’t have AC going when we arrived so it was over 80 in the room. Location was convenient

This hotel is very clean! The breakfast is basic, but has eggs & sausage plus some cold items. The bed was so hard that we actually went and bought a memory foam mattress topper. I would stay here again, but I will be bringing the mattress topper with. The room had LVP floor which felt clean.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was below average. A patron said the eggs were too salty. The sausage looked under cooked. There were a few other options like cereal and yogurt but overall the breakfast was below average. Nice pool. Exercise room was below average.

There is no elevator. The AC unit didn’t work properly. The couch had ugly stains. There was an odor in the hallways. Pillows sucked. Hotel wifi sucked. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly. Not noisy.

They made me pay a fifty dollar deposit in case we smoked in the room. When we got to the room it smelled like heavy smoke. I told the lady in the front and she gave me a cheap spray to put on the a/c. What a big CON game! At breakfast they had a empty pan of eggs that never refilled. Only thing good was the coffee and juice.

FECES Stay somewhere else.

TLDR: Feces in room discovered in the morning, hotel tries to blame me. Son and I on a work trip. Stay in hotels all the time, generally budget brands. Tried to check in 30 min early and was told it would be an extra $10. Asked if I want 1st or 2nd floor. "I really don't care as long as it's clean." Found a dirty washcloth in the bathroom after check in. Sheets on one bed had a stain, but believed at the time they had been laundered. In the morning after a tucked in portion had come untucked overnight, discovered what appears to be feces on bedding. Early morning check out, no manager available, no one I can call. Work trip, so no time to push against obfuscation. Dirty breakfast area, dust, expired food. Lovely view from window while having morning coffee. Run down, cheap renovation. Asked for manager /owner to call me the next day. Get a call two days later. Accuses us of doing it. Says that staff claims we are lying. Offers "10% off," eventually 20%. I want full refund, told that won't happen because we already slept in feces bedding. I explain that in any other circumstance, like let's say you find feces in your food that you already ate part of, you still get all your money back. It's unsanitary and dangerous. I give refunds at my business if mistakes were made, no problem, the customer comes first. DO NOT TRUST THAT THIS PLACE CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, SAFETY, OR YOUR EXPERIENCE. THE MANAGER/OWNER DOESN'T CARE.
