It served its purpose for me to get a place to sleep for the night after getting out of an event late, but I didn't appreciate having to wait nearly half an hour for someone to come in because the front desk was not manned when I got there. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and everything worked properly, and the person at the front desk in the morning was good.

I have made it officially quality suites in Grand Prairie will be my go to hotel every time I visit my son in Dallas. The staff was amazing and the cleanliness was superb. We showed up at midnight and when we walked in the smell was horrific. On top of the smell no one was there to check us in. We waited for 20 min and we even called the hotel number several times and stood by the front desk phone as it rung. While waiting the local homeless was hanging out. So we left and now the hotel is denying us a refund because they claim they only left front desk for 10min max and we should have waited.

We stayed here while we went to the AC/DC concert at AT&T Stadium. I called the front desk to inquire about full size pillows since what we had on the bed was basically 4 small throw pillows you would see on sofas. I was told they were all out. Breakfast was less than basic. When we walked up to our room there was the strong smell of weed in the halls. Will not be staying here again.
