This hotel was nice, inexpensive, staff really nice. Location you need to rent a car away from beach but walking distance to the strip. The restaurant in hotel great food.

Staff is so friendly. Everyone was so courteous and check out isnt until 12pm which is a benefit, they arranged a driver for us as well to pick us up from the airport. I will definitely be back. The room was also beautiful and spacious, came with its own pool. We only stayed one night. The food at their restaurant was also very delicious we ate there for dinner and breakfast and they have HOOKAH.

It’s a lovely boutique hotel with a great design. It has greenery in the center and a great pool with restaurant that has good food. The upstairs rooftop pool is very nice as well. The neighborhood however, was a mix of people living in shantytown type of living. The cenote behind the hotel would be nice if they picked up the trash, but there’s a lot of it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Copal. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt to all my requests. The location is in a great area and not that far from the city. I gave this property four stars because of the condition of my door. There were times that I could not lock it, which was kind of scary at night.
