We enjoyed our stay at the Extended Hotel Studio in San Dimas, CA. The room had the necessities we needed for our trip and stay of 6 days. We noticed a couple of issues - smoke alarm, and missing light bulb, but maintenance fixed the issues quickly. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

I did not stay and I need my money back! I got to the room and someone had puked in the sink, and there was a roach walking across the counter There were close to no blankets and no way to turn heat on. It was disgusting and I told them to give me my money back. I need for you to reimburse me also. Thank you

Uncomfortable stay and inconvenience.

The kitchen floor to the bathroom floor was full of water from kitchen sink and was leaking continuously. Staff sent I to a second room that wasn’t cleaned and sent I to a third room after . My stay was very uncomfortable and should be refunded due to the hotel’s inconvenience.Thank You.

I stayed here for one night and was disappointed, especially for the $118 price tag. The interior of the motel and the room was old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The air conditioner was broken, and is impossible to adjust temperature. It was not a hot day, While the service was okay and the staff were polite (it's an Indian-owned motel), that wasn’t enough to justify the cost. There’s no breakfast or extra amenities provided. Overall, not worth the price — I will not be staying here again.

The room smelled like smoke and the. The shower kept leaking through the back of the shower head. I couldn't sit on the end of the bed due to it lifting. The bed had an indentation on the right side like some one has slept there for a long time.
