In room 205 at Forest Haus, there is no curtain over the balcony door window. Because of this it got very bright in the room as soon as the sun came up. There were also lady bugs all over the room. They didn’t really bother us but also didn’t expect that.

A slice of heaven. From Buddys warm greeting to everyone on staff they are just the nicest, most witty and welcoming staff I’ve ever seen, without being pretentious. The chef hits it out of the park, creative and expertly prepared and freshly sourced. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The staff members however were not well trained. It felt as though no one was able to answer any question that I had. I also felt that the establishment rules were ridiculous. You were only allowed to eat breakfast outside if you had a dog.
