I mean it is a 3 star hotel… that’s it. Not much else to say. The room was clean and tidy, a bit outdated tho. Breakfast was pretty mediocre but eatable. I think the price was way too high for what you get, but in hindsight everything around mt. Fuji is pricy, so I guess that’s normal.

The hotel was OK, but the rooms are pretty terrible. The beds are very, very hard. Our room (103) had broken lights and the toilet smelled like the sewer. The humidity was also very high, like high enough for the clothes we had on to be damp. It was nice having a restaurant on site and the food was completely adequate. But I was shocked for the beds to be so hard because other reviews said they were comfortable.

We stayed here after driving to see Mt. Fuji, it was a delightful and friendly hotel. We had the family room with tatami and enough room for the 4 of us, not cramped for a typical Japanese hotel. The breakfast could have been better, it was pretty much a set menu--Japanese-style or Western-style of sandwich which I didn't care for. They had parking lot for our car so it was convenient. Staff was friendly and gave out souvenir keychain and snacks after we checked in. Close to local restaurants and the lake. Highly recommend!!
