The staff was very friendly. The room was nice overall but seemed outdated. A lot of the furniture is scratched up and just needs to be replaced.

Basic hotel for 1 night stay
The room was clean but there was stuff on the walls which looked like it could’ve been wiped off before I came. I had a pet and the hotel is a pet friendly hotel but there was hardly anywhere to walk him and no poop bags. When I walked outside of the property there was a lot of trash everywhere so we had to find a dog park to walk. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They had mostly bagels, cereal, the only warm thing I saw were scrambled eggs. They had warm gravy and cold buscuits. This is my 3rd time staying and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had here. I only stay at this place if I need to for one night, if I had to stay longer it simply does not have nice enough amenities to accommodate me for more than one night. I was disappointed with this stay.

Front desk and bartender staff were amazing 5 ⭐️ The hotel and room conditions were atrocious. Stains on the comforter, shower curtain and hair on sheets. I had to change rooms. Though the bed was ok the linen needs a serious upgrade. Downstairs doors don’t lock. Parking none. Now I see why coaches parked the volleyball crew in for the weekend. They’re not worried about certain issues with 6-8 per room and free breakfast. I checked out a day early and still can’t reach hotels.com for a days refund. Not sure I want to use that site again either.

Subpar at best
When we got there the TV was not working. We decided to go to dinner and tell the front desk when we returned. We went straight back to the room after dinner forgetting to tell the front desk about the tv. When we reentered the room and checked the AC, it took was not working. We called down and asked if we could just change rooms and we were told that someone would be up in 15 minutes to check our concerns. She said that if they could not fix them. They would move us. So we waited and no one showed. My wife then went down and demanded our room be changed. This did, in fact take place. I won’t be back to this hotel.

Comfiest bed!
My family and I had to have a late check-in as we were traveling back home from a FL vacation. The staff was accommodating, friendly and kind. The hotel smelled NICE. When I laid down, it was one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve slept in. If you want clean, nice, and comfy, stay here!
