Absolutely amazing stay. Excellent view of zoo animals from room. Staff were friendly and went beyond excellent to make stay enjoyable.comfortable room with great views. The tours are amazing. Special shout out to Helen and Kate for the amazing safaris. Food was meh. Dinner was tiny portions of frozen food, our family was still hungry. And dessert was literally two spoons of a frozen cafe style dessert. They need to work on the meals, especially since it is announced as “chef prepared to order” food. Breakfast was much better. For the price I was expecting good meals. Wouldn’t do it again
