Issue with My Reservation
I had issues with my reservation. For some reason, it was confirmed for the wrong date, and a no-show occurred on my part. I reached out to the property to try to find an amicable solution. However, the property didn’t seem to care much about the situation and said there was nothing they could do. I expected a different attitude from the property, something that could help resolve the issue, considering that the no-show happened on the first day of the reservation. I expected a different approach from the property.

goede locatie
het appartement wat we voor 3 personen hadden geboekt was gewoon te klein. Het was beter geweest voor 2 personen.Ook was het inchecken niet heel duidelijk of hoe we moesten uitchecken. Het grootste nadeel was dat er een verbouwing bezig was waar we veel last van hadden. De hele dag geboor en alles zat onder de witte bouwstof.

Superb location. Clean apartment with well stocked kitchen. Frustrating communication with property management. I twice messaged them in advance of my trip to let them know that I did not receive the email with check in instructions. We ended up having to wait at the airport until we could reach someone by phone to give us the code to enter the property. It was especially frustrating because we had paid for an extra night so that we could immediately access our apartment upon arrival. We never received check out instructions either, so we had no idea what we were supposed to do when we left on the last day.

Bonito portal y pasillo. Decoración muy cuidada y elegante. Tuvimos una estancia estupenda.Todo muy nuevo y cuidado hasta el último detalle. Espacios grandes. Cama de matrimonio espectacular y armario gigantesco con espejo . El sofá cama es cómodo es muy amplio y sencillo de plegar. Cocina súper completa con lavadora, horno, micro y vitro y cafetera, tostadora y exprimidor de zumo de acero. Un gran detalle las cápsulas de café para la cafetera Nespresso. Baño con secador, toallas grandes,dispensadores de jabón y champú en ducha y de manos en lavabo. La tabla de plancha y plancha nos vino muy bien. Viajamos a Madrid habitualmente y pensamos repetir. Perfecto relación calidadad precio. SÚPER RECOMENDABLE
