Very nice and comfortable

Everything looks recently renovated and nice. Staff was very accommodating and nice. The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. The beds are a little high for wheelchair transfer but we made it work with a transfer board.

Better than I expected

I figured it was going to be another overpriced stay in minimal comfort but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very quiet. The beds comfortable. I slept fine which is unusual for me in a hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint was the vague smell of cigarette smoke from some long ago guest -- almost, but not quite, covered up by air freshener.

Trip to Garibaldi, Oregon.

Staff was very friendly and informative. There was a patron standing at the counter complaining about something and I thought the young lady was very graceful the way she handled it. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, especially when sitting on the couch. The room was mostly clean, there was some dirtiness in the shower and a few mop strings throughout the room, otherwise clean. For someone who likes a very firm bed this would be your stopping ground. Nice and quiet through the night, no slamming doors, loud noises coming from the room above, we were able to sleep. The Inn was close to our trip to Garibaldi. I would stay again.

Rachel at the front desk at check in was such a highlight! She is super friendly and helpful. We were a bit worried after making the reservation and later being advised there were renovations occurring and breakfast was not available. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Clean, updated and spacious. My only gripe…that we were not advised about the renovations or lack of breakfast until after we made our non-refundable reservation. We’d stay there again.
