Nice and comfortable
Place is getting a big facelift, lots of construction. That being said it was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Great staff.
Thanks

Overall it was fine. We were disappointed to find out the hotel was under renovations and the pool was closed for construction we were not notified beforehand so had to find other things for the mids to do. The breakfast has pretty good.

The location was good. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering it looked like it hadn’t been remodeled since the 90s. But the hotel is also under construction so I’m hoping they’ll be redoing the rooms in which you can disregard this comment

Stay somewhere else
Hotel is very dated from the 90s. Full construction zone out front and in the pool. Nothing was noted before booking that remodel was currently happening. Was looking forward to pool after long days on the mountain. No access to pool as it was closed. Access to sauna was very poorly lit with little to no lighting and very dirty

Do Not Stay here!
This hotel was ancient and run down. When we stayed it had construction supplies all over and blocked our window. The hallway carpet was horrible and it was just plain dirty. Had we known about the construction and condition we would not have booked a room there at all. The pictures online didn't show that. And to us it was over priced.

The property is under renovation right now, but maybe a decade or two later than it should have been. It’s in remarkably rough shape.

this hotel was so overpriced the weekend we stayed there
the whole hotel was old and dirty the bathroom tub/shower was gross the toilet didn’t flush the room smelled I think the mattress was from 1982 the fact that I spent almost 300$ for one night in this crap hole place is disgusting. a comparable price for this room should have been about $125 not $290 which I was charged

The hotel seemed much older. The fire alarm was pulled…prank in the night and there was. I acknowledgement of it by the staff. The hotel is currently under construction and the room smelled not so good.

A great place to stay.
It’s nice to have indoor parking, especially during a blizzard. The rooms were clean. The bed was a little lumpy. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The building is undergoing major construction which we had no knowledge of ahead of time. Pool/hot tub was inaccessible, big disappointment. Tile in our bathroom was cracked/cracking, air conditioning unit cover is coming off, curtains have visible holes from wear/insect damage. Several common areas had wallpaper peeling off the wall, everything is very old, the entire complex is in desperate need of a refresh.

Having breakfast included was a big time saver for ski days. Good breakfast selection and plenty of coffee. Dissappointed that the jacuzzi still wasn't repaired like last year. This time the indoor swimming pool was also closed.

We have stayed at the Shilo Inn and enjoyed the location and included breakfasts. The jacuzzi is still out of order and this year the pool was also. The maid service was inconsistant, good 2 out of the 3 days. The inn was surrounded by Mammoth's heavy snowfall making some access difficult.
