Overall the hotel, room and elevators were clean and very nice. Easy express check in and out options. However, I upgraded to a Strip view and was very disappointed by the dirty windows. It was hard to even enjoy the view I paid extra for. Do not recommend upgrading

Don’t bother staying here..
Very smoky hotel - do not recommend for families. We had a smoke free room, but the hotel smells like an ashtray everywhere even in the hallways near the rooms. Poor ventilation throughout. Room was ok - toilet didn’t flush, shower didn’t drain, but it was surprisingly quiet. Pool area closed until March (?) / so no area for kids to go to hang out in hotel. Worth spending a few extra $$ and stay somewhere else. Front desk staff could care less about the condition of the room.

Best Vegas stay in years
We opted for a room upgrade and we ended up with 2 complete bathrooms, one having a huge 2 person bathtub with juts and thw other a large walk in shower. We had 2 walk in closets and space to walk around the room. The bed was great. Every staff member we came across was excellent at theyre jobs.

Often stay here due to the location. Check in was a nightmare. Two clerks working on a Friday night!!! Yes, TWO! This is the second time this has happened. Self check would never load for me prior to checking in. We did not have time to get ready for our Friday night event. We made it but with the clothes on our backs. We got in line at approximately 5:40 pm and had an 8:00 pm event. The room was adequate and clean. Strong smell of smoke, even on the 28th floor. Property seems a little "tired".
